I paid $120 for a used phone that was deliberate defective I emailed them that the phone is defective they emailed back a couple times excuses meantime I can even send them back because they don't send me a return label. I suggest everybody who got similar problem to contact the Licensing Bureau of the hometown what is located they will take care of them
Tried ordering an iPad twice.
First time I ordered it said it was processing but no cancellation or confirmation, just nothing, it was like I had not even ordered the product.
Second time, they TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT ME A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION and THEN they told me the order was cancelled. AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT SHIPPED.
I order and it said "Hurray! Your purchase has gone through!"
Then I received the message
"Your order has been shipped!

Track my order "
Then on 6/4
"Dear Buyer, Thank you for contacting us. Please note, this order was cancelled due to being out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please advise if you have any further questions. Thank you Jordan BUYSPRY"
If you have stock management issues of this level, that means you really have a problem.
The worst part is their customer service is rude and clueless and unwilling to anything but offer 5% off my "next order". They claimed it was "stock issue" as if it is just completely normal to conduct business this way.
I wanted them to comp overnight shipping on the third attempted order to make up for the time they wasted in mishandling the first two but they didn't even care to look into it.
Never again.

My wife wanted a newer phone but dreaded learning a "new" phone. Bought a refurb iPhone 8 and feel like we go a nice deal. Great communication and quick shipment. Happy wife, happy life! I would purchase from Black Market again without hesitation.
Greg from backmarket was great. There was an issue with my phone autocorrecting my zip code to the wrong one. He was very responsive and kind with replying to my emails even though I was frustrated. As soon as the package was returned to them they sent it right back out with an extra wireless charger! I will use them in the future and def recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you again!

I saw the mobile i loved it because it has enough space but then, the delivery date kept changing finally it came and i love it......thanks cos i was scared it would be scarred but it came almost new,well packaged, i was wowed.thanks back market i already rederred friends here
I hesitated on purchasing a refurbished phone for a few weeks after I finally decided I needed a new phone. I have never had a refurb before. After a lot of research, I finally decided I would purchase one from Back Market. I also decided I bought an iphone 8 plus 64gb. It arrived the next day! I was amazed on how well it was packaged! The phone is in amazing shape looks like new, not a mark on it, way better than I expected! Battery life at 100% I ended up purchasing a second phone for my wife the same day, can't wait till that one gets here! I am now a loyal repeat customer. I'm so Happy!

This was a easy purchase & got it within a week. I am so happy with my phone that I paid only $200 to get it. It looks brand new, works without any problems. The battery life in the refurbished phone last longer than my old phone. I like the 12 months guarantee which is better than the 3 months guarantee with the Amazon refurbished phone.
I neede to replace my old iPad Air which had a cracked screen and was too old to receive updates. Looking for something just a few years old and found it. The web site is easy to use. Everything is explained and I especially appreciated the "best deal" suggestion. I will and have recommended Back Market.
I was impressed with the quality of the IPhone X that I ordered for my Granddaughters husband. It arrived in great shape and he had no problem setting it up. I just ordered another one for my Granddaughter. Price was very good as well.

After reading other reviews of back market and my daughter doing thorough research, I took the chance, and they had phenomenal prices. Overall our purchase has been great.
